A powerful storm has triggered devastating flooding in Libya, killing over 11,300 people, with fears that the death toll will continue to rise as 10,000 people are missing. Around ten thousand people are still missing, and the country is in extreme emergency. The death toll is growing by the hour as more information emerges.
