The Campbell's Cares Employee Giving Program puts choice at the center. Campbell's employees are provided up to $1,500 in matching annually to support matches of charitable contributions and volunteer time. Employees may give to any eligible 501c3 (or local equivalent) organization.

Midwest Tornado Relief & Recovery Fund
In response to the devastating tornado outbreak that swept through several states, Campbell's has established Midwest Tornado Relief and Recovery Fund. This fund is comprised of pre-vetted nonprofits providing disaster response in the region. Through a single tax deductible donation to the Fund, you can support multiple organizations’ initiatives to provide short-term and long-term response and recovery. We have initially selected organizations that are on the ground assisting with immediate relief needs, including rescue efforts and medical assistance. The donations will support the following organizations: CARE, American Red Cross, Mercy Chefs, Team Rubicon, and Convoy of Hope. **Donations made by end of day Tuesday 12/14/21 will be matched 100% as part of the Campbell's Employee Giving Campaign.** The composition of nonprofits in this fund is subject to change as we learn more about the needs on the ground.
Roots Social Justice Fund
Donations to this fund will support organizations working on all aspects of social justice and equality for the future of agriculture including, but not limited to, reducing hunger, increasing access to healthy food, and support of small farms.
Camden Fund
Support the Camden Fund, comprised of organizations focused on transforming the lives of Camden youth from infancy through adulthood. Comprised of long-term partners, these organizations have been vetted by Campbell's and utilize donations to provide high-quality social services, education, skills and job training, economic development, and food access.
Nurturing Neighborhoods Fund
We work to transform our hometowns with revitalized trails, renovated parks, bike lanes, and other safe spaces to play and be active. This Fund was created and vetted by the Community Affairs team to ensure we support organizations that align with our core focus areas.

Paris Plant Giving That Matters Fund
United Way of Lamar County supports 41 different entities in the Lamar County area. These funds support a variety of local needs, including food insecurity, medical needs, homelessness, children’s causes, addiction, elderly needs, animal welfare, and education.
Women Inclusion Network (WIN) Fund
Donations to this fund will support organizations that create advancement opportunities and support services for women including, but not limited to, economic empowerment and closing the gender gap in technology.
Asian Network Fund
Donations to this fund will support organizations that create advancement opportunities and support services for the Asian community including, but not limited to, racial discrimination, domestic violence, education and health.
Campbell's Pride Fund
Donations to this fund will support organizations that create advancement opportunities and support services for the LGBTQ community, but not limited to, discrimination, healthcare, homelessness, workplace and school challenges.
Latino Network Fund
Donations to this fund will support organizations that create advancement opportunities and support services for the Latino community including, but not limited to, domestic violence, Hispanic culture, education and health.
CAPs Fund
Donations to this fund will support organizations create advancement opportunities and support services for mothers and children including, but not limited to, helping women achieve success in life, assuring the well-being of kids, and supporting children's academic and socio-emotional needs.
Full Futures Growth Fund
Campbell’s is committed to fostering vibrant communities in our hometowns, with a focus on food access and healthy living. Supporting the Full Futures Growth Fund allows you invest directly in this work too. Full Futures is Campbell’s signature philanthropic program aimed at advancing school nutrition, currently with programming in Camden, Charlotte and Hanover. Our program partners include school districts and nonprofits working together to support the four pillars of the Full Futures program: culture, infrastructure, nutrition education, and food access. Programming includes revamping cafeteria menus, supporting school farmers markets, teaching kids to cook, and expanding students' access to nutritious food outside of school. Help “make history with Campbell’s” by supporting this fund and expanding the impact of Full Futures. Together we can advance school nutrition and enable the next generation to thrive at school and beyond.
