JUMP는 다양한 배경을 가진 청소년의 교육 기회를 확대하고, 공동체에 기여하는 미래 청년 인재를 양성하여 나눔과 다양성의 가치를 확산하기 위해 2011년 설립된 비영리 공익법인입니다. 배움과 나눔을 바탕으로 청소년과 대학생, 사회인 멘토를 연결함으로써 선순환 고리를 만들어 주체들의 참여와 성장 지속되도록 생애주기에 맞춘 다양한 프로그램을 제공합니다. 이를 통해 교육격차를 넘어 사회·경제적 불평등을 완화하고 누구에게나 공정한 배움의 기회를 제공하는 사회 실현에 기여하고자 합니다.
점프는 기존의 NGO와 다릅니다.
대학원에서 만난 20대와 30대 청년들이 15년전 시작한 점프는 미국 스탠포드 대학에서도 인정한 젊고 건강한 비영리입니다. 여러분이 함께 해주시면 공정한 교육기회를 위해 더 멋지고 효과적인 프로그램을 만들어 가겠습니다.

여러분이 이번 캠페인을 통해 점프를 선택해 후원해 주시는 기금은 100% 청소년·청년 미래세대를 위해 사용됩니다. 점프에서는 공정한 교육기회를 위해 매년 약 1,000명의 대학생이 자신의 가장 소중한 1년을 교육기회가 부족한 취약계층 청소년들과 나누고 있습니다. ‘너를 응원해’ 기금은 이 대학생들과 청소년들이 부모님의 사회경제적 지위와 상관없이 저마다의 꿈을 꾸면서 자신의 미래를 당당히 준비할 수 있도록 돕는 기금입니다.
‘너를 응원해’는 https://jumpsp.org/community/community-support/support-for-future-generations/ 코로나로 모두가 힘들던 2020년에 시작되었습니다. 열심히 교육봉사활동에 참여한 훌륭한 대학생들 중에 부모님의 갑작스러운 실직과 파산 등으로 인해 자신의 꿈을 접고 생계를 감당해야 하는 친구들이 많았습니다. ‘너를 응원해’ 기금은 이들이 취업준비를 하는 동안 신뢰를 기반으로 무이자 대출을 해주고, 점프와 함께 성장한 청소년들에게는 장학금을 지원해 자신의 꿈을 꾸면서 더 멋진 어른으로 성장할 수 있도록 돕고 있습니다.

JUMP is a nonprofit public-interest organization established in 2011 to expand educational opportunities for youth from diverse backgrounds and to nurture future leaders who contribute to their communities. By connecting youth, university students, and professional mentors through learning and sharing, JUMP creates a virtuous cycle of participation and growth. It offers a range of life-stage-based programs that help reduce educational disparities and address broader social and economic inequalities, working toward a society where everyone has fair access to learning.

Founded 15 years ago by a group of passionate young people in their 20s and 30s during their graduate school years, JUMP has grown into a vibrant and innovative nonprofit recognized by institutions like Stanford University. Each year, around 1,000 university students dedicate their most valuable year to mentoring underprivileged youth who lack access to quality education.
Your donation supports the “I’m Cheering for You” Fund, which helps both university mentors and the youth they serve pursue their dreams — regardless of their parents’ socioeconomic status.
This fund was launched in 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when many dedicated student mentors were forced to give up their dreams due to sudden family hardships like job loss or bankruptcy. The fund provides interest-free loans to help them prepare for employment, and scholarships to youth who have grown through JUMP’s programs — empowering them to dream big and grow into confident, capable adults.
