Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation
The Children's Cardiomyopathy Foundation (CCF) is a national non-profit focused on pediatric cardiomyopathy, a chronic and potentially life-threatening heart disease that can affect children of any age regardless of gender, ethnicity, or socio-economic background.
